Goals and Rewards
Here are my goals (and some starting stats) and here’s what I’m going to reward myself with when I reach them:
HW: 156 lbs
SW: 140.2 lbs (10/19/10)
WIW: 136.4 lbs (11/17/10)
WIW: 136.0 lbs (12/01/10)
WIW: 134.2 lbs (12/15/10)
WIW:133.8 lbs (12/22/10)
WIW:133.4 lbs (12/29/10)

WIW: 127.8 lbs (02/15/11) - made the decision to no longer do weekly weigh ins. From now on, only on the 1st and 15th of the month, except for March, as I will be participating in No Numbers March.
- GW1: 135 lbs / reward: a Thai massage (achieved 12/15/10)
- GW2: 130 lbs / reward: a new pair of workout shoes (achieved 02/15/11)
- UGW: 125 lbs / reward: four new shirts, 2 new pairs of pants & 2 new workout pants
