Tonight I will run 2 miles
Not super fast.
Not super slow.
But without stopping.
And then I will have *just* 8 more miles left to run this week.

Most random craving ever:
Fresh baked banana bread*.

March Goals
• Eat a salad-based dinner 2x per week
• Drink 100 oz of water per day (majorly failed at that during February)
• Run 10 miles a week. Outside or on the treadmill. This will be an enormous jump from zero miles per week, but I know I can do it.
• Foam roll once a week.
• Weight lift 2x a week.
• Cut out processed foods. I don’t typically eat a lot of them, but for March my goal is to cut...
This past Sunday: in bullet form.
• Sleep, snuggles and smooches till 8:30 am
• Ratatouille with soft boiled eggs
• Four loads of laundry & folding
• Four episodes of Downton Abby (yup, linked to the item above)
• Pinterest-ed my little heart out
• Bottled a homemade Scotch Ale
• More smooches
• Pruned my tomatoes & attached them to posts so they grow straight
• Weeded my garden & transplanted some parsley
•...
I am not fat
But the outfit I chose to wear to work today put on a good 15 lbs to my frame. It’s crazy how dressing in the wrong clothes for your body type can create that illusion.
Never again. These pants go to Goodwill tonight.
Feeling fat is not something I want to feel, I dont care if I have one less pair of pants in my wardrobe.
Big awesome 8 mile coastal hike today!

Because this shit is delicious.
I made it last night with mushrooms and once it was finished cooking, I mixed in fresh arugula from my garden. The arugula wilted a bit, I topped it with some balsamic and olive oil and I am loving it!!
