January is coming and you know what that means? Resolution time. I’ve never been one for resolutions. Well, not before, anyway.
This year, though, I’ll be turning 30. Instead of wallowing in thoughts about my mortality, I’m committed to pushing myself to learn and experience even more of what life has to offer before it’s over.

There’s a first time for everything! :)
I’ll be doing a 10 minute jogging warmup on the treadmill, weights (heavier than the ones I have at home, yay!), abs, lunges, cool down with a 10 minute walk and then find my way into the jacuzzi and sauna.

Standing and walking for 8 hours for work. Holyhell. My body is beyond exhausted.

Workout Change of Plans
Tonight Union Station was closed. Abruptly. Unexpectedly.
That meant I had to do a LOT of walking. Walking to the subway station only to find out that I couldn’t take the train. Walking to find a bus. Oops, wrong bus. More walking. Briskly. Gotta make it to the right bus on time. Rushing, rushing… Phew!

At the Jay Z / Kanye concert. It was fun and I danced a lot. Walked about a third of a mile each way in addition to that as well.
