I planned to go running this morning but woke up with a raging sore throat. It figures. Just when I’m actually genuinely motivated.
Instead, I told myself, I’ll do yoga after work when I’m feeling better. However, as the day wore on I just felt worse and worse. Sore body, sniffles, fever, teary eyes… The works.
Right now I’m in sweatpants and a hoodie, under a blanket and with the heater blasting and Chippy is making me soup.
The one highlight of the day? I DEFINITELY drank more than 100 oz of water today! :)
For now I rest, eat soup and then sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
